• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment (where applicable) and confirmation from our reservation team.
• Guests are responsible for providing accurate and complete booking information.
• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any reservation if false or misleading information is provided.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Check-In Time: 10:00 AM.
• Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to room availability and may incur additional charges.
• A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or Voter ID) must be presented at check-in.
• Guests should keep their booking confirmation available during check-in.

4. Guest Conduct

To ensure a peaceful and comfortable environment for all guests, the following rules apply:

• Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and fellow guests.
• Loud music, excessive noise, or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, if available.
• Any damage caused to hotel property will be charged at the actual repair or replacement cost.
• Management reserves the right to refuse service or request a guest to leave the premises in cases of misconduct or violation of hotel policies.

5. Room Occupancy

• Room occupancy is limited to the number of guests specified during booking.
• Additional guests must be declared at check-in and may incur extra charges.
• Maximum occupancy limits must be followed at all times.

6. Payments & Cancellation

• Room tariffs are subject to change without prior notice.
• Cancellation and refund policies depend on the booking plan selected at the time of reservation.
• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing period.

7. Special Offers

• Promotional offers and package rates are subject to availability.
• Offers cannot be combined unless specifically mentioned.
• Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas reserves the right to modify or discontinue any offer without prior notice.

8. Liability

• Guests are responsible for the safety of their personal belongings.
• Mahakaleshwar Bhakta Niwas shall not be liable for the loss, theft, or damage of cash, valuables, luggage, or other personal items.
• We shall not be responsible for any injury, accident, or illness arising from a guest's negligence or misuse of hotel facilities.
